Chapter One Draft Submitted - 4/20/11

Well, I submitted my first draft of Chapter One to Dr. Wan - A Feasibility Study To Establish An Undergraduate Fine Arts Curriculum At A Private Liberal Arts College.  As always, he is always encouraging to prepare a three-article dissertation format.  He has suggested Michigan State Univ. exemplars to review and look over.  As the semester is winding down, I know I must look over some more e-portfolios for review.  

Chapter One Draft - Dissertation for Dr. Wan - NCATE Visit

Well, thus I begin the writing of the draft of Chapter One of my dissertation - Initiating an arts curriculum in a collegiate environment- namely Dominican College.  The draft is due on 4/20/11 which is right around the corner.  Lynda Hanley has been most helpful in researching three-article dissertations.  Dr. Wan, too has been most helpful in designing the best means of development for me - namely three article vs. traditional five chapter.  More to follow.  
The NCATE visit was truly a great experience and a great opportunity for our doctoral program to shine.  It was a pleasure to be in the company of  Dr. Wan, Amy, Scott, and the faculty of the SOE from Manhatanville.  The interview the following day was also a great experience.
